MCA Poster Series
For this project, we were told to find events happening in Chicago that we could create a series of posters on. I chose the MCA, as it’s one of my favorite places to go. The collaboration of multiple shows that could be interlinked or have nothing to do with one another still always found a way to sit nicely with each other. That was the inspiration for this series, to create a method that could be applied to all these different posters, so they follow the same formula, but still look different. By layering analog and digital methods of editing on top of each other, I sought out to add another level of contrast and thought behind the series.
