The sunset is a natural boundary for the day. Silently, the sun signals the end of day and the beginning of night. But, who takes the time to enjoy this moment of pause. In a time that’s become increasingly more efficient and fast paced, people are constantly moving from one thing to the next. Our endless busyness invades the home. Even what leisure time we have, we plan: dinner reservations, the gym, a movie. What if we brought the significance of the sunset into the home. An emissive light, shifting colors from one space to another at predetermined times, to gently guide us throughout our day.Through a guiding lighting, we could focus on tasks at hand, and transform them from just a task into an experience.
